2. Third-Party Telecommunications Services

SecureNet Solutions LLC does not directly provide the underlying internet, TV, or telephone service.

Service availability, pricing, promotions, installation, equipment, billing, contracts, service quality, and ongoing telecommunications services are determined by the applicable provider and may be subject to that provider's separate terms and conditions.

3. Pricing and Availability

Prices, plans, speeds, promotions, and availability may vary by location and provider and may change without notice.

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate information, but final pricing, eligibility, service availability, and promotional terms are determined by the applicable telecommunications provider.

4. Customer Information

Customers agree to provide accurate and current information when requesting service or submitting an order. Information may be shared with JNA Dealer Program, participating telecommunications providers, or other authorized partners when necessary to process the customer's request.

5. Orders and Activations

Submitting an order through SecureNet Solutions LLC does not guarantee service approval or activation. Orders may be subject to provider availability, identity verification, credit requirements, deposits, installation requirements, and other provider-specific conditions.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations and refunds are subject to our Refund & Cancellation Policy and, where applicable, the policies of the telecommunications provider fulfilling the service.

Charges collected directly by a third-party provider must generally be addressed with that provider.

7. Trademarks

All third-party provider names, logos, trademarks, and service marks displayed on our website belong to their respective owners. Their use is intended to identify services available through our authorized sales channels and does not transfer ownership of those marks to SecureNet Solutions LLC.

8. Website Use

You agree not to misuse our website, attempt unauthorized access to our systems, submit false or fraudulent information, interfere with website operations, or use our content for unlawful purposes.

9. Limitation of Responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, SecureNet Solutions LLC is not responsible for outages, installation delays, service interruptions, equipment issues, pricing changes, billing decisions, or other matters controlled by third-party telecommunications providers.
