Cancellation Policy

SecureNet Solutions LLC operates as an authorized dealer through the JNA Dealer Program and assists customers with ordering telecommunications services from participating providers.

Order Cancellations

Customers who wish to cancel or modify an order should contact SecureNet Solutions LLC as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been submitted or processed by the telecommunications provider, we will make reasonable efforts to assist with the cancellation.

After Service Activation

Once an order has been submitted, scheduled for installation, or activated, cancellation is subject to the applicable telecommunications provider's terms and cancellation policies.

Customers may need to contact the provider directly to cancel an active service.

Provider Fees

Any installation fees, equipment charges, deposits, early termination fees, or other cancellation-related charges imposed by a telecommunications provider are determined by that provider. SecureNet Solutions LLC does not control these charges.

Refunds

Any refund related to a cancellation is subject to our Refund Policy and the applicable provider's refund terms. Payments made directly to a telecommunications provider must be refunded or adjusted by that provider.
