SecureNet Solutions LLC is committed to providing clear and transparent information regarding cancellations and refunds.

SecureNet Solutions LLC operates as an authorized dealer through the JNA Dealer Program and assists customers with telecommunications services offered by participating service providers. We operate on a commission-based sales model and do not directly provide the underlying internet, TV, or phone services.

Service Orders and Cancellations

Customers who wish to cancel or modify a telecommunications service order should contact us as soon as possible. If the order has already been submitted to or activated by the applicable service provider, the provider's cancellation policies, terms, fees, and refund rules will apply.

Provider Charges and Refunds

Payments made directly to a telecommunications provider, including installation charges, equipment fees, deposits, monthly service charges, or early termination fees, are controlled by that provider.

SecureNet Solutions LLC cannot issue refunds for payments collected directly by a third-party telecommunications provider. Customers should contact the applicable provider regarding those charges.

Charges Collected by SecureNet Solutions LLC

If SecureNet Solutions LLC directly charges a customer for a service, any applicable refund request must be submitted to us with the customer's name, contact information, transaction details, and reason for the request.

Eligible refunds will be reviewed based on the circumstances of the transaction and any applicable terms disclosed at the time of purchase. Approved refunds will generally be returned to the original payment method.

Duplicate or Incorrect Charges

If you believe you were charged incorrectly or more than once, please contact us promptly. We will review the transaction and correct any verified billing error for charges collected directly by SecureNet Solutions LLC.
